the location was fine.
The pillows smelled bad and i had to ask for a change. It was frustrating i even had to ask! the smell was really off-putting, like they hadn't been cleaned properly. it really ruined the first impression of the room

The breakfast offered a good variety. There were lots of fruit to choose from and several different cuisines were represented.
I found the service to be lacking. The right hand seemed unaware of what the left hand was doing. I think the staff needs proper training.

The service at breakfast was VERY disappointing. Staff seemed unmotivated and often made faces at guests. items were not replenished quickly, so empty food containers were common. there were also issues with the room. The hotel didn't provide body lotion, odd.

i enjoyed my stay. the location was very good, it was near shopping malls. facilities are very functional. the beds was nice.
the room lacked conditioner. when i requested it, they mentioned superior rooms do not offer body lotion. this seems absurd.
